STEVEN C. FARKAS

STEVEN C. FARKAS joined our firm as an Associate in 2010 after two years as a Law Clerk at the firm while attending law school. He received his B.S. in History from St. John’s University in May 2007 and his J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law in May 2010, where he was a mock trial competitor with the School’s Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute.  Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Farkas also completed two internships with the United States Department of Justice.  Mr. Farkas was admitted to practice law in New York State and the District of Columbia in 2011. He is also admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  Mr. Farkas provides full-scope representation to a number of our labor union clients and works extensively with ERISA funds on compliance matters and many other aspects of their operations.
