COH&M’s attorneys regularly appear before Joint Trade Boards on behalf of its clients and provide representation at arbitration proceedings. Our attorneys have handled arbitrations to resolve disciplinary and contractual disputes arising from Collective Bargaining Agreements and consent determinations. COH&M has also pursued arbitration to collect delinquent benefit contributions owed by employers to employee benefit funds. When necessary, COH&M’s attorneys have also appeared before state and federal courts seeking enforcement of arbitration awards.
