Richard L. O'Hara IV

Richard joined Colleran, O’Hara & Mills in June 2022 following a career in the Financial Services Industry managing assets on behalf of Taft-Hartley clients. Richard graduated magna cum laude from Saint Michael’s College in 2012. In August 2022, Richard was enrolled part-time in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

While at Hofstra, Richard earned a CALI Award for Excellence upon achieving the highest grade in his legal writing class and was chosen to be a Teaching Assistant by Professor J. Scott Colesanti for his Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research course. This past Spring, Richard participated in the Hofstra Law Review’s Writing Competition and is awaiting a journal decision. Richard is a rising 3L in a four-year program and plans sit for the NY State Bar Exam in July 2026.
