Richard L. O'Hara IV

Richard joined Colleran, O’Hara & Mills in June 2022 following a career in the Financial Services Industry managing assets on behalf of Taft-Hartley clients. Richard graduated magna cum laude from Saint Michael’s College in 2012. In August 2022, Richard was enrolled part-time in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

During his 1L year, Richard earned a CALI Award for Excellence upon achieving the highest grade in his legal writing class. During his 2L year, Richard was a Teaching Assistant for Professor J. Scott Colesanti’s Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research course. During his 3L year, Richard was a junior staff editor on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal Vol. 42. Now in his final year at Hofstra Law, Richard is an Articles Editor on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal Vol. 43 and after graduation will sit for the New York State Bar Exam in July 2026.
