Colleran, O’Hara & Mills was founded by Richard L. O’Hara in 1963. Since its inception our firm has represented labor organizations, their related fringe benefit funds, and individual union members, both in their employment and in private legal matters.

Labor Law
Colleran, O’Hara & Mills has over five decades of experience representing labor organizations in both the public and private sector, including all aspects of collective bargaining, contract enforcement through grievance process and arbitration, representation proceedings, elections and the representation of a labor organization as a legal entity and any and all litigation which might attend those functions.

Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining is an essential component of effective labor representation. Our experience with labor-management relations, along with our understanding of the wants and needs of labor unions, allows us to effectively represent our clients’ interests during collective bargaining negotiations. Our attorneys are dedicated to protecting the needs of our clients through all stages of negotiations, including preparation and bargaining sessions through ratification by the membership.
